- The Lack of Transparency: Hidden salary ranges and vague feedback are the norm.
Our Solution: No-ATS
No-ATS is a non-profit, open-source protocol designed to return the power to the individual.
- Direct Connection: No tracking, no data selling. You see a job, you email the person responsible.
- Strict Accountability: We don't just list jobs; we enforce standards. Companies that disrespect engineers’ time are permanently banned.
