What used to be a conversation between two professionals has turned into a bureaucratic nightmare governed by surveillance algorithms (ATS), ghost job openings, and endless, soul-crushing interview loops.

The Problem

  2. The Time Theft: Companies demand 5, 7, or even 10 rounds of interviews, treating an engineer’s time as a free resource.
  3. The Ghost Market: "Ghost jobs" stay open for months to project growth or collect data, with no intention of hiring.
  4. The Lack of Transparency: Hidden salary ranges and vague feedback are the norm.

Our Solution: No-ATS

No-ATS is a non-profit, open-source protocol designed to return the power to the individual.

  • Direct Connection: No tracking, no data selling. You see a job, you email the person responsible.
  • Strict Accountability: We don't just list jobs; we enforce standards. Companies that disrespect engineers’ time are permanently banned.
  • Open Intelligence: We use semantic understanding, not keyword matching.
  • Trustless Environment: The code is open. The blacklist is public. The process is transparent.
